Shaun Ryder. During this session the Donnelly brothers decided to take the
fashion industry by storm. They would make a new range of garments for their
friends in the music and media industries. A new brand with style and
credibility for those in the know. Gio-Goi was born. The first collection
was an instant success, and suddenly Gio-Goi was everywhere, huge media
exposure, from magazines to TV ensured everyone from New Order to the
Rolling Stones wanted to be in on the action. And the rest is a history.
